可能因為某些因素需要將防火牆還原出廠值，本文說明如何將 ZyXEL 的防火牆進行 reset 還原出廠值的作業，操作流程適用於 ATP、USG Flex、VPN 等全部 ZyXEL 的防火牆。

如果無法通過任何方法連線 ZyXEL 防火牆設備，請嘗試通過關閉電源然後再打開來重新啟動它。 如果您仍然無法通過任何方法訪問 ZyXEL 防火牆或忘記了管理員密碼，您可以將 ZyXEL 防火牆還原至出廠預設設定。 儲存在 ZyXEL 防火牆上的任何設定檔或 shell Scripts 之後應該仍然可用。

使用以下程序將 ZyXEL 防火牆還原至出廠預設設定。 這將使用 system-default.conf 設定檔中的設定覆蓋 startup-config.conf 設定檔中的設定。

注意：此過程將會刪除當前設定。

1. Make sure the SYS LED is on and not blinking.

2 Press the RESET button and hold it until the SYS LED begins to blink. (This usually takes about five seconds.)

3 Release the RESET button, and wait for the Zyxel Device to restart.
